This was a very interesting day, I really did not know they made cheese in Magaliesburg. I had the privilege to witness some terrific gouda being made. I tasted all there was to taste. The owners of the farm come from the Netherlands and we had a blast. Gauteng is not that bad afterall. Go visit Van Gaalen Kaasplaas and through yourself to cheese.
